Paris promotional gig set list and photos

Added on Tuesday 16 November 2010, 09:46 (UTC)

On Monday night after performing on French television show Le Grand Journal Jamiroquai headed off to exclusive nightspot L'Arc to perform a small promotional gig for Virgin Radio/Universal.

The set list was as follows - Rock Light Dust Star, Smoke & Mirrors, All Good In The Hood, Hurtin', She's A Fast Persuader, Alright (instead of Blue Skies, which was on the printed set list), White Knuckle Ride, Love Foolosophy, Deeper Underground.

There's a set of photos from the gig over at and I'm sure there'll be a few videos on YouTube over time (I found one earlier this morning).

Oh noo, Jay won't let go that jacket for nothing in the world...hahaha

Hey I've been to the private show ( lucky enough to win a pair of tickets with VIRGIN )!Fantastic show , they played 8 tracks ( 5 from the new album ), the club was full of people & decorated with some blue digital buffalo man!I managed to stand just in front of a corner of the stage where was Matt! So cool but I had some difficulties to see Jay because of a pillar & a speaker....Fortunately as he's used to Jay didn't stop moving & jumping ,giving me the opportunity to see him closely:)I tried to take pictures but didn't work so I decided to film ( quite hard I had to lean a lot towards the stage and was nearly on Matt's keyboard ;)!! )but not sure about the result!!So If I find a good video I'll post it ;)

Little video on VirginRadio's website:

Universal posted a nice video with several excerpts of the show (and crappy editing!) ;-)
