According to the BPI (British record industry's trade association) website (go to Statistics->Certified Awards), on Friday 7 October Dynamite was awarded "Platinum" certification, based on sales of 300,000 copies in the UK.  This is based on sales by the record company (Sony BMG) to retail shops.
