Remember in the summer of 1997 when Jamiroquai had to finish their open air "Jam In The Park" concert early because of the local Police.... Well, at the rooftop gig for Radio 1 held in Convent Garden on Monday of this week the local council got involved because the performance contravened local by-laws. Jay took matters into his own hands and threatened to handcuff the official unless he allowed the band to play two more numbers - which both featured longer than normal solos!
