Unfortunately, for those who were hoping to catch the webcast of Jamiroquai's final concert of 1999 on Sunday, it was cancelled at the last minute. There were apparently problems with the RealAudio content at the Dotmusic site in the afternoon although the announcement on the Dotmusic site said "The live webcast of Jamiroquai's London gig tonight (Sunday) has been cancelled at the eleventh hour due to circumstances beyond our control." For those wondering, the gig went ahead, the band played a fantastic show which lasted nearly two hours and they really enjoyed playing a small venue. We were even treated to Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones coming on stage for Miss You and also trying to play along to Deeper Underground at the end. I was able to briefly catch up with Nik Hunt from the Jamline mailing list and hopefully you'll be able to see some photos from the concert at the official site soon.

On This Day... 23rd November
Jamiroquai failed to win in either of their two nominations (Best Jungle Act and Best Music Video) in the Music Of Black Origin (MOBO) awards today in 1996. You Give Me Something was released in the UK this week in 2001.
