Jamiroquai picked up the award for "Outstanding Song Collection" at the Ivor Novello awards held in London on Thursday 27 May. According to the Sun newspaper (UK), the war between Jay and Stuart Zender "boiled over" at the awards. The paper reports: "The pair picked up their gong for outstanding song collection separately. Stuart waited until Jay Kay had left the stage before he picked up his award, saying 'And here's a thank you from the little guy.'" The individual winners of the award (according to the BBC) were Jason Kay, Simon Katz, Derrick McKenzie, Toby Smith, Wallis Buchanan, and Stuart Zender.
