Learn Percussion with Sola

Following the success of previous sessions, Jamiroquai percussionist Sola Akingbola will be holding one-to-one percussion lessons at a studio in central London on Thursday 24 August and is looking for the next generation of percussion players to come along and learn from the master himself!

On This Day... 1st June
Japanese fans in 1997 will have started to see Jay in a number of MiniDisc television advertisments that were shown around this date. In 1999, Jamiroquai performed three tracks for Japanese television live via satellite from London's Greenwich Naval College. Today in 2000 Jamiroquai won the award for Best Dance Video (Canned Heat) at the DanceStar 2000 Awards.
