Jamiroquai percussionist Sola Akingbola has sent another email to his mailing list talking about what he's been doing to relax whilst preparing for Saturdays 20,000 person Centennial Park concert in Sydney...

"Just spent a couple of much needed days off staying with good friends who own a small piece of paradise - a house on the shores of Lake McQuarie in New South Wales, Australia; we went out in the speed boat, swam in the sea, cooked and just chilled out playing with the kids and having some honest to goodness, down to earth fun."

Sola has also been performing ("solo percussion jam") at Sydney night club Tank, and it looks like he'll be performing there again after Saturday's Sydney concert.
