Are Jay's dogs the happiest celebrity dogs?

A story in the Bucks Free Press newspaper (UK) reports that Titan and Luger, Jay's German Shepherd dogs were recently beaten into second place in the "Wag Of The Year" competition - which is held to see which celebrity dogs are the happiest!
