Regarding presale tickets, Jamiroquai.com printed the following:

"An exclusive internet presale for Visa Card holders which will commence from Monday 5 September to Sunday 11 September at the Visa Entertainment website. During this time, patrons will only be able to book if they use a Visa Card, or until the allocation runs out.  A regular internet presale will commence for all credit card holders at 12:00 on Monday 12 September and then public sales will open at 09:00 on Friday 16 September."
