The Australian newspaper has today (Friday) announced Jamiroquai's rumoured upcoming Australian tour, which starts in Melbourne on 25 November and will also visit Canberra, Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. The story reads as follows:
BRITISH funk group Jamiroquai will tour Australia in November. Frontman Jay Kay and his band will play a series of large concerts as part of the Dynamite World Tour.The Australian leg of the tour will kick off at Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl on November 25 with further dates in Canberra, Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
The UK outfit has sold more than 20 million albums worldwide with hit songs including Cosmic Girl and Virtual Insanity.
Jamiroquai's latest album, Dynamite, was released earlier this year with songs including Feels Like It Should and Seven Days In Sunny June.
Jamiroquai last toured Australia in 2002.
