After the shock announcement on Monday of Toby leaving Jamiroquai, the band have this week held a number of auditions and have chosen a new keyboard player. He's now busy rehearsing for the Carling Homecoming gig in London on 15 May and then the European tour which starts three days later in Germany.

Blow Your Mind was released as a single in Japan today in 1993. The same day in 1993, Emergency On Planet Earth was awarded a Silver sales award in the UK for sales of 200,000 copies. Today in 2001, Sony and Jamiroquai launched another version of the official web site with a new look and feel in preparation for the launch of A Funk Odyssey.
