In the article Jay shows how to make Creamy Poached Cod with Spicy Mash (I wonder if this is what he cooked Denise when he proposed to her?). Please don't think that this is a new business that Jay is heading down, it's for a book called Lader Lads - mouthwatering recipes which take less than half an hour to prepare.
