Jay is planning on taking a year out of music - because he's sick of the industry. This is the report that is in Fridays edition of The Sun newspaper (UK) after being interviewed at the premiere of movie Love, Honour and Obey. Jay said "So I'm taking a year off - but I'll be back with a stonking album in 2001."

Jamiroquai's third album, Travelling Without Moving, was released in Japan this week in 1996. In 2001, Jamiroquai played a private gig at the Monkey Club in Paris, France to promote the new album. A Funk Odyssey was released in the UK today in 2001.
