In the pre-release airplay chart for last week, King For A Day was a new entry at number 10 with 136 plays, compared with Canned Heat which entered the pre-release chart at number four and then moved up to the number one position earlier this year. Hopefully with the recent publicity the band have been doing and the fact that CD2 has the fantastic Supersonic video as a CD extra, the band will get themselves a nice top 10 placing in the UK singles chart this Sunday.
Travelling Without Moving was at number two in the UK album charts this week in 1996. Supersonic, the second single to be taken from Synkronized, was released this week in the UK in 1999. A Funk Odyssey was at number one this week in 2001.
