Jamiroquai failed to win at Wednesday night's Music Of Black Origin (MOBO) awards that were held at London's Royal Albert Hall. Best single went to Kele Le Roc and best album to Beverley Knight. After winning the best album award in 1997 for Travelling Without Moving, Synkronized unfortunately lost out this time around.
Around this time in May 2000, bidding on the Mini website for a Jamiroquai customised Mini car finished with the winner driving away in a bit of mini-jamiro-history for just over 14,000 pounds (UK).
