It looks like Jamiroquai will be performing their first concert in Israel in May of this year.  Tickets are on sale for a concert on 2 May 2018 at the Live Park amphitheatre in Rishon Lezion, which is close to Tel Aviv.

I would expect an official announcement about this to appear very soon.
