Jay Kay and Denise Van Outen were spotted by a fellow fan in Dublin on Monday 16th. Denise was out in Dublin to present the breakfast TV show on which she works and I guess Jay was there for a holiday and also to celebrate St Patrick's Day. Gossip-wise, "Jay said he's building a studio in his house and the album's coming along well. He said its kind of electronic rock or something, and after you do three albums you have to change."
