At the concert in Athens on Tuesday of this week the line-up of Jamiroquai backing singers was a step back to older times - Hazel Fernandez, Lorraine Macintosh and Valerie Etienne joined the band on stage for this gig.  After gigging with other groups over recent months including Kylie Minogue it's good to see the familiar trio back on stage.

Regular fans and concert goers will notice that Samantha Smith, who performed with the band was absent from the line-up and also Beverlei Brown, who performed at gigs in late 2006 including the Jazz Cafe concert.  Beverlei has now teamed up with Justin Hawkins, the ex-frontman of UK band The Darkness, for an entry in the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest!
