As previously announced, the concert being held on Friday night (26 May) in Portugal as part of the Rock in Rio festival will be broadcast online by AOL.  In addition it has been announced that it will also be broadcast on digital XM Satellite Radio in America.

The XM Satellite Radio website has announced that the concert will be broadcast on channel XM Live (XM 200), and will be an excellent opportunity for fans in America to listen to a high quality digital broadcast of this concert. (ps. don't forget to record it ;)
