This afternoon (Saturday), Jamiroquai were at the Riverside Studios in Hammersmith, West London, recording three tracks for UK music television show CD:UK. 

They performed Seven Days, Feels Just Like It Should and Starchild and the studio was filled with the lucky fans who were able to get tickets to this heavily oversubscribed recording.  Jay was on top-form and was really pleased to be back out promoting the new single/album.

Following the performance the band headed up to Sunderland for the BBC Radio 1 performance being held on Sunday.  I was fortunate enough to have been able to get in for the soundcheck and expect to see some (great if I may say so!!) photos from the show on the official Jamiroquai website in the next few days.

PS. Quick hello to James, who I met briefly earlier today.  He was the lucky guy at the very front of the queue.  Nice to meet you.
