Jay is yet again in the UK press for all the wrong reasons. According to The Sun newspaper (UK), Jay was not in court two weeks ago in Scotland because his lawyer told the court that Jay was in the US working on the new album and would not return to the UK until September. However, as Jay was spotted back in the UK only a few days later, he could be in even more trouble. According to the newspaper, a source at the Scottish Executive's justice dept said: "If the sheriff feels an offence occurred he can issue an apprehension warrant."
