Here's an official statement from Jamiroquai's management - "Nick Fyffe, bass player with Jamiroquai from 1998 - 2003 has left the band to concentrate on his own projects. Jamiroquai, who are currently working on their 6th studio album, due for release Autumn 2004, will announce the name of their new bassist shortly".
