The Minardi F1 team recently held a race event in the UK for two-seater Formula One cars and Jay alongside driver Jos Verstappen stormed to victory in an action-packed, 10-lap demonstration race at the Rockingham International Speedway Centre. Following the event Jay said "I think these drivers must be absolutely crazy, but what an amazing experience! It was just fantastic, and to win the race as well just capped an incredible afternoon.
