Jamiroquai win Portuguese awards

Portuguese magazine Dance
Club recently gave away a number of awards relating to Portuguese
events of 2003. Jamiroquai won the prize for Best Live Performance,
which we can hope will encourage the band to head back to the country in
the near future.

In 2000, Jamiroquai played an unannounced free gig in London's Covent Garden as part of the BBC Music Live event. Like the Finsbury Park concert of 1997, they were told off for playing too long and too loud!
