The Scotsman and Sky News amongst others, are reporting that Jay has recently bought a cottage in the Northern Highlands of Scotland. The property, costing reportedly £150,000 has views over the Isle of Skye and is right by the sea, comes "complete with a barn ideal for conversion into a recording studio". The cottage is three miles from the nearest pub, and has fewer than ten neighbours! According to sky news, "Jay spent most of the summer searching for his new homestead with pal Jamie Oliver."
