Jamiroquai have now kicked off their Australian tour with what sounded like a great gig in Perth. I've just added a full detailed review of the concert to the live section of the site and will reproduce one part of the review here - "Jam is back in force, so here's the word to all the non-believers: forget about all the rumors of breaking up and [no Tobes=no Jamiroquai]; it's utter nonsense. What remains is the music, and let me tell you one thing; if you are a fan of old-school Jamiroquai....you'll want tickets to their concerts. They are an absolute treat to watch this time around, their sound is infinitely tighter than what it was before, and the variations that they perform on their existing playlist are something to behold; while Jamiroquai travels Down Under you'll all be captured in sublime raptures."
Around this time in May 2000, bidding on the Mini website for a Jamiroquai customised Mini car finished with the winner driving away in a bit of mini-jamiro-history for just over 14,000 pounds (UK).
