Derrick McKenzie was recently interviewed for the Mike Dolbear web site where he provides a good insight as to how he started playing drums and how he got hooked up with Jamiroquai. There's also a couple of very nice photos of him on the page as well ;)

On This Day... 13th September
Jamiroquai's first single release on the S2 label, When You Gonna Learn?, was released in the UK today in 1993. Supersonic, the second single to be taken from Synkronized, was released today in the UK in 1999.
