The funkin' site - one year on.... Well, I'm not really sure what to say here other than thank you everyone. Since the site first hit the world wide web on 13 July 1996, it had about 5 pages - now there are around 150. I started the site really just to complement what Jamiroquai information was already out on the net at the time (if you're wondering, that's the main reason there are no lyrics on this site - you can find them easily on other sites). Since then it has grown and grown mainly thanks to the readers - who both encourage me to continue it and also provide me with stacks of information for which I am extremely grateful. As you are all too aware, there are lots of different styles of web site around. This site has one aim - that is to provide Jamiroquai fans with information. I chose not to fill the site with huge images on every page and have kept the layout very simple. For these reasons you should find it quick and easy to navigate around the site. I do hope that you find this to be the case. There are hundreds of regular visitors to the site, with this page getting over 800 "hits" each week. Talking of regular visitors, I must not forget to mention the self made Funky Family - a bunch of die hard fans who frequent the guestbook all the time. Pop on by and say hello. Talking of the guestbook, there have now been over 2,200 entries which averages at around six additions each day - every day! As for the site in general, the main page has had over 68,000 hits which equates to over 185 visits per day averaged over the past year.
