In Thursday's edition of the Sydney Daily Telegraph, a week after the band left the country, they're still talking about Jamiroquai. The paper writes: "Did our man Jay Kay have a good time while here in Australia? Well, aside from the countless pictures of him hanging out in clubs around the country at all hours of the night, does the fact that Jamiroquai are coming back for another tour in October answer your question? Following the cat in the hat's every step while in the country was a film crew clocking up footage for a forthcoming DVD release entitled - and how's this for another example of the man's genius - Jamiroquai Downunder."

Jamiroquai failed to win in either of their two nominations (Best Jungle Act and Best Music Video) in the Music Of Black Origin (MOBO) awards today in 1996. You Give Me Something was released in the UK this week in 2001.
