The Guardian newspaper (UK) printed an article on Sunday about how Beveley Knight stays in shape by working out - " When I finish and I know I've done all I could, it's just bliss. It feels like the cuddly stage after sex and I'm ready to face the day."

Jamiroquai's third album, Travelling Without Moving, was released in Japan this week in 1996. In 2001, Jamiroquai played a private gig at the Monkey Club in Paris, France to promote the new album. A Funk Odyssey was released in the UK today in 2001.
