mtv.co.uk has picked up on the story about Elton John/Jay Kay performing a duet at next years Brit Awards, being held on Wednesday 20 February at London's Earls Court. The article says that "Negotiations to appear at the event are still underway, but both artists are said to be extremely enthusiastic."

Jamiroquai's third album, Travelling Without Moving, was released in Japan this week in 1996. In 2001, Jamiroquai played a private gig at the Monkey Club in Paris, France to promote the new album. A Funk Odyssey was released in the UK today in 2001.
