I've just been told that the YGMS DVD release will be region 2 PAL encoded. This means that it will only be playable on region 2 or multi-region players which support the PAL video standard (the US uses NTSC). Region 2 titles are playable on standard DVD players bought in Europe, Middle East, Japan and South Africa.
