The Doobie Awards, which were scheduled to be held in New York on 12th September (which after the recent events were cancelled), have announced the winners. Unfortunately Jamiroquai lost out to Tweekend in the Best Dance Album category.

Today in 2000 Jamiroquai picked up a World Music Award for the category of World Best Selling British Artist/Group. The awards, pay tribute to the very best in contemporary music from around the globe were held at Monte-Carlo's famous Sporting Club.
