The 2001 MTV Europe Music Awards nominees have just been announced and unfortunately Jamiroquai failed to even make the shortlist this year. In 1999 they were nominated in the Best Dance Act and Best Group categories but failed to win.

Jamiroquai played on US television show "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno", today in 1997. The band also played their second ever live Internet concert, this time from the Hollywood Palladium in 1997.
