On Tuesday in Japan, J-Wave radio broadcast an interview with Jay. Jay spoke about the track Main Vein and said that it contains samples from the following three recordings - We're On The Right Track (Ultra High Frequency), Funkytown (Lipps Inc), and Imagination (Whispers) however they didn't get permission to use the samples. The first pressings of the album will contain the samples but later on the album will be released, this time without the samples. The DJ also said that Import albums (presumably non Japanese albums) will contain the re-recording.
