Denise Van Outen calls Jay the "Wounded Buffalo" - this explains the title of Jay's own remix on the UK release of Little L which hits the stores on Monday. Although Little L was written while he was still with Denise, it is about their ups and downs, which every couple has. In the interview with Jay printed in todays London Evening Standard Jay also talks about his astute business sense which "allows him to make his albums relatively cheaply and then lease the studios to Sony, so his profit margin is higher." He also promises "an hour and ten of good stuff" at the bands appearance at Knebworth on Saturday.
Travelling Without Moving was at number two in the UK album charts this week in 1996. Supersonic, the second single to be taken from Synkronized, was released this week in the UK in 1999. A Funk Odyssey was at number one this week in 2001.
