I've just come back from an amazing three week holiday taking in Australia, New Zealand and the Cook Islands so this will explain the lack of updates over the past few weeks. However, if you're been looking around the other fan sites and the Jamline mailing list you will probably be aware of what's been going on, to which I'll give a rundown here.

• The single "I'm In The Mood For Love" entered the UK charts on 18th February at number 29.
• Ezbe, voted "best Jamline discussion list personality" from the Jamline mailing list managed to speak to Jay for about 10 minutes and her report makes a pretty interesting read. Very quickly, it sounds like all the band are really pleased with the new album, Simon Katz is well and truly gone and replaced with Rob Harris (who first appeared playing at the Covent Garden gig in London in 2000), the album would also have a bit of a Latin feel to it, and that Jay wants to put around 13 tracks on it, although Sony want only 10! • Jay was apparently spotted on the town having a long conversation with a mystery blonde.
• At the Brit Awards, held in London on the 26th February, Denise was asked where Jay was and replied "Um, I don't know, I think he's in the studio tonight." This was followed a few days later by...
• Jay and Denise have officially split up. Following rumours going around for the past few months, it's now official.
• In the Jamline mailing list annual awards, this site was voted "Best Jamiroquai Fan Site" - cool or what!
