Jamiroquai.com are inviting people to sign up for access to a pre-sale link for an upcoming UK tour.  You either need to pre-order the album from the Jamiroquai store or sign up via a form.  All the details can be found at store.jamiroquai.com.

You need to sign up before 4pm on Tuesday 7th March so I'm guessing that the dates will be announced around that time and perhaps put on sale on Wednesday 8th - but don't hold me to that!
