Added on Saturday 21 August 2010, 07:45 (BST)
Original Jamiroquai keyboard player Toby Smith, who left the band back in 2002 (wow, has it been that long!) has been interviewed and featured over at the RecordProduction.com website.  In the interview he talks about how he got into music and how he first met Jay and got involved with Jamiroquai.

Brilliant interview! Thankyou so much, and always, all the very best to Toby.
Deesha is gonna' love this! xo

Excellent.

Deesha came to mind immediately when I read this too :) Fantastic interview, thanks for posting!

Ha Zed and Anna..love you both and Mrs. Rowe who sent me a lovely message about this.
I remember in NYC 9 years ago when he and I locked eyes for just a second. Sure there was a cute blonde behind me, but I like to just say he looked at me..haha!
In all seriousness, Toby is just so talented and I'm happy to see his growth as a musician since leaving Jamiroquai. Just amazing. Love you Toby Smith - your keys still get me through.

*Offtopic* Deesha honey, you never fail to put a smile on my face; am sure he looked past the stereotypical female and his eyes were just for you :) Hail Toby, what a humble and talented individual.

YEAH MAN!!! Good to see Toby doing very well and on to bigger things! I STILL MISS YOUR FUNKY KEYS HOMIE!
