Sola performing on Hypnotic Brass Ensemble album

According to the Metro newspaper (UK), Jamiroquai percussionist Sola Akingbola is one of the performers on a new album by Chicago based artists the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble. The band currently have a number of gigs planned in Europe over the coming weeks, so I guess Sola will be out performing with them on some of these gigs...

Nice work spotting that! I had to check my copy of the metro to see that! They got a rave review which sounds promising.
Their latest album is on iTunes. It definitely has a funk/jazz feel. Very organic. I like it.

They will performing in Italy in June (FREE)
