A video has been posted on Jamiroquai's Facebook page today where Jay is back in hospital again following another procedure on his back. The next concert for the band is on 17 June in Greece and then two dates in London on 23 and 24th June.  Based on this video from hospital and the videos from this past weekends short gig I have big doubts about these upcoming dates. I hope I'm wrong.
