With todays release of Automaton the official website at jamiroquai.com has received a big update and there's plenty to explore.

There's some great behind the scenes photos from the Automaton and Cloud 9 videos, a basic discography of the albums, remix information, links to the store, biography and more.

THE ALBUM IS AWESOME.

Such a FANTASTIC great new album!!! Pure class, I must say :))))

Cheers from Austria!

Enjoying the tracks thus far. Very synth-heavy, packed with tight grooves and phat bass lines. It will be interesting to see how the general public react to this, rather than those clinging to the 90's.

Vitamin is insane... (☉_☉)

The official site (or rather Royal Mail) have let me down by not getting my signed album to me today. I guess I can wait a few more days given the gap between albums.

Jay Kay mentioned in an interview to an Italian radio that they're going to make concerts in South America (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico,...), Australia and USA (that one is a big surprise) next year.

He says it between 48-49 minutes length

Been a massive fan from Day 1 Album 1 Emergency on Planet Earth. If you play the first 3 seconds of any Jamiroquai song I could name you the track title and album it came from.
As a massive fan since 1993 going way back to ‘Just another story’ or the ‘Kids’, honestly? Automaton album is lazy. Shake it on, Cloud 9, Vitamin are the only tracks that do it justice.
So, ‘where do we go from here? I’ve been trying to find out but I’m still some way from knowing… it’s not exactly clear’. Guess I’ll have to wait for that ‘stillness in time’ moment where I can go ‘YES JAMIROQUAI! YOU GUYS ARE BACK, NOW YOU’RE TALKING!’ Vitamin comes close though.
I know it won’t be ‘light years’ away until you make that Earth-shattering, spell-bounding track that truly packs a Jamiroquai punch just like they used to. Automaton doesn’t do it for me. Am I going through a ‘black Capricorn day’? Maybe.
Yet Jamiroquai ‘you are my love’ but I can’t help but think ‘it’s only true what they say, you’re only King for a day’. You made great music back then which I’m so grateful for and I know that I’ll be ‘falling head over heels in love again’ with music that will ‘blow my mind’.

Loving Jamiroquai forever though. Peace x

The comment from Sugar is absolute TRUE: "If you play the first 3 seconds of any Jamiroquai song I could name you the track title and album it came from". Not only: I can SING immediately every song after 3 seconds. The ones from this un-useful album didn't remain in my mind, after 3 times listening...and no one of the fans what are writing in this site remembers one simple thing: the past album were written by every band members and J Kay; they were a team project. This strange thing named Automaton is composed by the only mr M.Jonhson and J Kay for the lyrics and singing. It's clear that mr Rob Harris has been put apart. The veteran McKenzie plays some fake drum parts, now it's the turn of "Ableton"....and all this reflects on the quality of the songs. In my opinion, very, very low.

Here's Luca again, talking from his bottom again! Take your negativity somewhere else baby girl!

Then we will see what happens in the states.....not a ringing endorsement in my opinion.
