Archive Top Of The Pops performances on YouTube

Added on Thursday 16 March 2017, 11:41 (GMT)

If you've been keeping an eye on the JamiroquaiVEVO YouTube channel over recent days you will have noticed a number of Top Of The Pops UK TV performances being uploaded.  So far the channel has uploaded nine performances from between 1998 to 2005.  I believe there's at least five more performances from the show that they've not uploaded from 1993 to 1996 (Too Young To Die, Virtual Insanity x2, Half The Man and Stillness In Time).  Fingers crossed...

I liked to see deeper underground played with Stuart Zender !
Although I don't like the performance being playback (exept for the voice)

I'm really enjoying those performances, they should keep uploading more

Earlier performances such as Half the Man (94), Stillness in Time (95) and latest upload Blow Your Mind (1993) have been added since!
I'm strangely enjoying these Top of the Pops performances. There is obvious playback but that was part of the show back when it aired on the BBC.
Something is very charming about seeing the band on a chart show scoring hits through 1993 - 2005. The current shambolic state of the charts means this won't be seen in the future unless something changes regarding the streaming figures being included.
Anyhow on a side note I am really enjoying Automaton and Cloud 9 and am sure the album will be a success!
