Useless...
That's great. The song and video exposed a lot of people to Jamiroquai. Not just that album, but previous albums. Thanks David for these little nuggets of news. No matter how big or how small, they are good reminders of the music that continues to make us groove.
That is great news:-)
I watched it. It should have at least been number 2 because it was beaten by Robbie Williams 'Rock DJ' and Britney Spears 'Toxic' which are just up there because the artists take their clothes off. MJs Thriller deserved top spot, but, cmon, Virtual Insanity should have been number 2.
Jason, MJ was always going to top such a poll. However, 4th is an accomplishment. The poll, on the whole, featured some poor choices. You had Beyonce and Lady Gaga in the top 10, and people have a thing for Britney and Robbie- The Smash Hits/Heat/Teenage Magazine reading cult of fanboys and fangirls are out in their droves to vote for them 500 times each. I was especially delighted that my vote mattered, and it beat the overrated Beyonce and the drivel fest that is Lady Gaga. It was a true triumph for creativity over generic R&B/tits and ass.
