Jay Kay - Interrogation!

At the start of November as part of the promotional work for the (Don't) Give Hate A Chance UK single release Jay was interviewed by the Sunday Mirror newspaper (UK)...Jamiroquai have been together for 13 years now. Are you surprised you're still going?No, because I think we're anything but over the hill. We're our own biggest critics, but I think we've been doing some cracking live shows lately. Im flattered there are enough people out there who still dig what we do.Could you retire quite happily now?Yes, but I employ a lot of people. Theres a pyramid that spreads out below me, and all of those people have to be paid out of my pocket. I'm providing employment, which is a good thing. I certainly have no plans to retire at the moment. I don't think I've done my best stuff yet. Until that happens, I'll carry on.The full interview is currently available on the downloads page.

But i suppose he didnt want to seem obese-headed by saying 10. Much worse was when the Box music channel had '20 Men You Wouldn't Kick Out Of Bed' and he only made number 19!!
