Sony Music Japan have announced that the Japanese release of You Give Me Something has been delayed until the middle of November - it was previously going to be released on the 7th. There is currently no news as to whether Japan will get a DVD single release like the UK, although the site does say that the single will include the video of Main Vein from Knebworth (the UK release will only contain audio).
